What Ultragrip changes, and what it does not prove
Ultragrip moves selected navigation, approval, command, and pointer actions onto a controller. It is an input tool, not a medical device, and it has no clinical or ergonomic outcome study.
- Keep the keyboard and pointer available while you test
- Judge fit, accuracy, comfort, and task coverage in your own workflow
- Do not assume that moving actions to the thumbs reduces overall exposure

Voice capture in release 0.1.1
Native speech capture is available on macOS. Windows users can use the controller mappings, but voice is not supported in the current Windows binary.
1. Hold to speak
On macOS, hold R2 while speaking and release it to finish the utterance. The released gesture does not include double-tap lock.
2. AI polishes the prompt
During the trial or with Pro, the hosted service can enhance the transcript. Free users can provide their own Gemini API key.
3. Sent where you work
Ultragrip types the result into the focused application. Test with a disposable prompt before relying on focus or permissions.
A native beta with measurable boundaries
Built with Tauri and Rust. No public latency, productivity, controller-coverage, or ergonomic-outcome benchmark is claimed.
